History

Founded in 1989, Prince Market Research serves clients in twenty-five states and three countries from its headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee. 

Committed to being a national leader in helping companies understand and act on the voices of their customers, PMR’s mission is to provide more value, more consistently, than any other source available to its clients and be viewed as "management's partner for customer insights." 

PMR specializes in Brand Strategy Research, Customer Experience Research and New Product/New Service Research and has a long track record of service to major businesses in the healthcare and financial sectors as well as non-profit, government agencies, and educational institutions.  PMR’s research capabilities include telephone and Internet surveying, online and in-person focus groups, executive and intercept interviews as well as mail and fax surveys when warranted.  PMR is accustomed to conducting research “on the road” in facilities in more than 50 cities in the U.S. and Canada. 

In 2008, PMR launched a new unit of business, Catalyst Healthcare Research, to exclusively serve the research needs of healthcare providers, suppliers, and health plans.  Catalyst is committed to helping healthcare companies transform and grow their businesses but also seeks to focus national attention on health and wellness - believing this to be one of the most critical issues facing the nation today.
